  1. So I tested by loading up a PS2 Emulator and playing some Gran Turismo 2 (don't worry, I actually own the game ) and it happened again. Hard power off after a just a few minutes into a race. So after the BIOS reset, I went in and turned everything back on and went into Doom 2016 to test. And it's playing totally normal. So I turn on full performance metrics and I'm seeing weird bumps in CPU time that I've never seen before. They happen frequently and always recover instantly with no noticeable stutter... but what on earth is this about? (see attached picture)
  2. XMP is default auto, 3200mhz. Seems stable again weirdly enough... Going to fire up a game again and see what happens outside of the synthetic stress tests..
  3. GPU is running at whatever the factory OC mode is, I haven't played with that either. Using the Aorus software with the card in OC mode is as far as I've taken it. Nothing outside the manufacturer intended options.
  4. PBO mode was just the default "enabled" in Ryzen Master's Gaming profile. I never did anything manual with it. Now oddly enough, the system is perfectly stable when running prime95 AND furmark together. Windows memory diagnostic has turned up nothing. This is with XMP enabled in the BIOS, and PBO enabled in Ryzen master... I'm so confused! It seems so random.
  5. Hey All, Having a stability issue with a relatively new system. Here's the specs: Ryzen 7 3700x Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) 3200MHz C16 Asrock x570 Phantom Gaming 4 Gigabyte Nvidia GTX 1070 OC1 Corsair H60 AIO Corsair 275r case Samsing 970 Evo NVMe (primary) Here's what's happening: With XMP enabled, randomly while gaming, the system will hard power off (like someone pulled the plug) and automatically reset itself. Upon resetting, the BIOS is returned to its factory settings. PBO is disabled, XMP is disabled, almost like it goes into a hardware safe mode. With XMP disabled, the system seems perfectly stable and will game for hours just fine. It doesn't seem to be anything related to thermals, CPU never gets particularly hot with the H60 AIO I've got on it. The system was perfectly stable at this exact spec for a few months now and suddenly develops these issues. I'm not getting any crash dumps to chase down, and there doesn't seem to be any log files anywhere I can avail of. Can someone help point me in the right direction? I don't want to randomly start replacing parts without something to go on first. If you need anymore details, let me know
