Everything normal when downloading but when its finishen it is saved as internet explorer file type , dont know what is that but that is anyoing i cant open anything , can someone help me ?

nothing tryed everything same problem i had an vga to hdmi adapter for a long time and like 5-6 days ago the adapter burned idk why and i bought an vga to dp adapter and i got the same issue i tought that would been the problem but not tryed everything , i guess ill throw the monitor in the trash

Its been like 2 months like this or even more but i usually punch it in the middle and it stops but now tried it punching it couple of times and it wont stop it gets even wors , switched it to another monitor to try it , graphic card is good but the monitor is the problem and i dont know what it is? video-1605475869.mp4

Downloading thing from chrome google all normal time , but when it downloads it converts it like an internet explorer icon and clicking it opens internet explorer download trying to open the thing but it shows nothing had this problem almost 2 months . thanks
