So i did it all over from the start one last time and it worked so i guess it was bad luck

I made a second installation tool just in case it was a bad usb drive but that didnt work either

So im trying to install windows on my pc from a usb drive, but when i select it on boot override the monitor screen just blinks and nothing else happens. I have been looking around the bios to see if theres something that might be preventing it from booting but I cant find anything. I also re installed the windows media creation tool on the usb drive like tree times now just in case it was corrupted or something but no luck.

1. Budget & Location My budget is around 2,000 $US but I am willing to spend a little more than that for better performance and I live in Puerto Rico. 2. Aim I plan to use it mostly for gaming. More specifically games like Warframe, Ark and some shooters. It should also be able to run Photoshop or sketchbook smoothly. 3. Monitors As far as monitors I was thinking id go for some sort of ultra wide display. I don't really know much at all about pc's, but is it possible to get a machine capable of running most games at 1440p 100+ fps for this price range? 4. Peripherals I need a keyboard, mouse, monitor and headset but I am completely lost on what to get. 5. Why are you upgrading? I figured it was time I switch from console and I need a better computer to work on my designs because my yogabook lags quite a bit any time i get above like 5 layers on sketchbook. thanks in advance
