Hi guys, is there any program other than ghub and logitech gaming software that will work on my g815 keyboard that I got today? I found so many people on youtube and forums with the same problem where ghub doesn't detect it and when ghub is turned on the lights on the keyboard turn off but i can still type. Logitech gaming software also doesn't detect it but the lights do stay on with that program. I found probably 20 different "fixes" on youtube and reddit but non of them work for me. I don't need to change any macro keys or whatever else you can do on it, I only want to make it a constant blue color because I hate the stock rgb wave in my face.

Hi, I've just spent about 3 hours watching and studying reviews on IPS and VA 1440p 1ms 144hz and above monitors (Don't want TN), and I'm starting to go insane. Each monitor has one flaw and I can't find any without flaws :D. The most suggested I've seen is the LG 27GL850 but apparently it has bad contrast ratio and hdr400 which they say isn't worth even using. It's also "just" 430€ in my country while I'm willing to spend up to 700€. I will be buying the 3080 strix as soon as it's available if that helps. Is there any better option or should I just be happy I'm saving some money? I don't want the Samsung g7 because of the many complaints on flickering and I'm worried about the curvature aswell because even though I game a lot I also like to watch movies or youtube from my beanbag which puts me 2 meters away from the screen.

"GPU: Current Asus GTX 1080 Strix" I've had this card for 2 years guys, it's staying with me for now, almost all other components are getting changed..still don't know about my 4 year old PSU though, should I change it? -

Ohhh you thought I didn't have the 1080 already. No no, I've had this card for 2 years, but I didn't wanna upgrade to 2000 series. Waiting for the next one -

Wouldn't going from 1080 to 2070 be a very slight upgrade? I was thinking about waiting for the 3080ti or whatever the next big card will be and probably getting that next year because money is going to be tight after this upgrade. -

I think it's only because I always used Intel and never had any issues... I know it's more expensive but wouldn't that make it more reliable or something? -

Hi, I'm going to upgrade my 4 year old pc, only keeping my GPU, case (and potentially PSU?) I intend to use it to play classic and VR games while also streaming to Twitch. CPU: Intel Core i9-10900K CPU cooler: NOCTUA NH-D15S Motherboard: Asus Prime Z490-A, DDR4, LGA1200 Ram: Corsair Vengeance LPX CMK32GX4M2B3200C16 32GB DDR4-3200 Kit (will it fit under the cpu cooler?) SSD: Samsung 860 EVO 2TB (MZ-76E2T0B/EU, 860 Series, SATA3) (Is this, one ssd good for Windows, all programs and games without any other SSD or HDD, or is it better to have a separate SSD like a 256GB that is only for Windows and programs?) PSU: Current Corsair RM 750w (I bought this PSU when I built my current PC in 2016, not a single issue ever. Should I still buy a new one since it's 4 years old, and also, considering I use VR and high end Fanatec simracing peripherals (not sure how those affect PSU but the wheel base does use it's own PSU that connects to the wall as well as a usb 2.0 to the PC and the pedals use another usb 2.0) at the same time, should I have a higher watt PSU?) GPU: Current Asus GTX 1080 Strix If there is any component that you recommend I change, like maybe something has a better or newer version, please let me know, even if it's a bit more expensive (but not too much :D). Thanks. -
Wow great website, thank you!
-
that's what i'm asking i don't know which one is good for gaming and wont be overkill.
-
Hello, i'm picking parts for my new PC and when it comes to motherboards i don't really know too much..the prices are so different and i don't want to spend too much for my needs or too little. so the parts: gtx 980 ti, corsair psu 600 or 650 watt, samsung 850 evo ssd, some 2tb hard drive, some i7 processor which has to be great for gaming but not overkill because i'm only aiming for gaming and watching youtube videos on this pc (and it obviously has to fit on this specific motherboard). 16gb ddr3 ram and for the case i'm not decided yet (will be after i know which motherboard will go in). I will NOT overclock any of my parts. So basically if you can help me pick a motherboard which btw has to be eather white or blue color themed and a good for gaming i7 processor which will fit in this motherboard i would be really thankfull

oh great to hear thanks again really helped alot!
-
oh one more thing. i just noticed the 8800gt says it has pci-e 2.0 support, but the 750ti has pci-e 3.0? will it still fit?
-
yeah when i was playing league of legends with the 8800gt it ran at constant 80fps with everything maxed out..i don't mind if it bottlenecks as long as it makes dirt rally run at 60fps i'm happy, because i'm so freaking hyped about that game. i will try to save up for a fully new pc in the next 6 months but it's gonna be a pain. and i'll just throw this card in that system when i have it, but until then it'll have to do. Thank you very much for the info, i'll order it screw it, maybe i'll also learn something from it
-
yep my 8800 gt has a 6pin connector. so as i thought the psu will be able to handle it easy, but will my motherboard?
-
alright, so in another topic i said, that i need a new gpu because i can't launch dirt rally without having a dx11 supported card. i'm in a struggle with money right now since i'm in college so i can't upgrade everything but have decided that i will buy a 750ti since i have found a decently cheap version of it: http://www.agt.si/racunalniska-oprema/graficnekartice/asus-gtx-750-ti-ph-2gb.html Now what i'd really like to know if someone who really knows about this could tell me, will my system be able to handle this card or will everything go up in a huge fiery explosion? i know my power suply even tho it's 7 years old just like everything else in my system has enough power to do it and also has a 6 pin connector which i wont even be needing on this version of the card, but i'm not so sure about the motherboard? Current specs: GPU: nvidia geforce 8800 gt 512MB CPU: intel core 2 duo 3ghz E8400 Motherboard: foxconn P35 (idk something crappy) PSU: Xilence 550W RAM: 4GB I just need a thumbs up that i can go ahead and buy it and i will and i will answer in advance i can't afford anything else other than the card right now and for probably a year to come so..i just need this because it has dx11 support which i need to run dirt rally. Thank you in advance.
