24" is fine with me. I think bigger sizes might not fit into my desk.

I kept getting CPU FAN ERROR whenever I boot up my pc so after researching I found out that you can just ignore the CPU FAN MONITORING in the bios. But my problem now is, my cpu fan does not spin anymore. Should my cpu fan still spin if put the CPU FAN MONITORING to IGNORE? My cooler has two fans and only the back one is spinning.
