  4. Um , I was running a casual stress test to test a cpu cooler i installed like 3 weeks ago but didnt use my pc since. The overall package of the cpu is running at 65c on full load, which is very reasonable, But hardware monitor is reporting this temperature..... https://gyazo.com/b6051961f2ab187ec9cbf8c81125edc5 Is this even possible? My cpu cooler is Noctua nh-u12s Cpu : Ryzen 5 3600. Maybe i put way too little Thermal paste while installing the cpu?
  5. 2080ti and R9 3900x. I didn't really mean remove the bezels but like there's this weird thing on the acer predetaor monitor it's like a frame suronding the bezels . I looked into it and yes you can remove them. Why are they marketing the monitor with these photos. Those frames around the bezels are very repelling to customers. I think her options are either the ASUS one u suggested which I looked into earlier looks like a really good panel. Or the Acer Predator XB273K.
  6. hmm , i suggested it but she doesnt like the looks , bezels are too big Edit: is this thing removable ? like the frame around the bezels ?
  7. Hello guys. I have a friend who is kinda rich. and she built this balls to the wall gaming pc but she's stuck with a bad monitor , she wants a 4K monitor for gaming and watching movies/series/youtube/anime maybe high refresh rate? 120-144 hz would be nice. IPS or VA for good color accuracy. Budget is around 800-1200$. Thanks in advance
  8. i have good air flow , im using the NR600 case from Cooler master , and i have 3 intake fans and 3 exhaust fans , its just really toasty today in my country its 37 C outside right now. and yea its true this zotac 1650 super was the cheapest one i found and the heat sink does look pretty bad. but it does the job i guess.
  9. hello guys. I've got a 1650 super and it has served me really good for 1080p gaming , now its summer and its getting a bit on the toasty side , I just wanted to check is 80 degrees fine for long sessions of gaming ? or could that damage the card? its a zotac 1650 super btw. thanks
  10. So I don't know where to post this so i just post it here. Are PSU and monitor cables interchangeable if they are the same volts and Amps? I'm trying to figure out an issue with my PSU and i wanna see if its the cable or something. Can i use my monitor's cable? It has thhe same volts and Amps
  11. When the psu feels like it. I was doing just some web browsing and it started it doing it again. Then like 30 mins later it stopped and again. While gaming its the same deal. Stops and comes back some times... I don't understand.
  12. yea my bad , i just needed some urgent help cause this noise is worrying me , i dont want my pc to die this early.
  13. I just sent a request to them 1 hour ago , waiting for them to respond and also the noise stopped all of a sudden , im so confused.

  15. Hi guys I built a gaming rig 4 months ago , everything is working perfectly for these months and yesterday my psu started making this weird noise i was like its probably something stuck in its fan , i cleaned the fan by blowing on it a bit the issue persisted , i didnt know hwat to do i just turned off the pc and went to bed. Next day the thing is back to normal no weird noise. After a couple of gaming hours the noise is back again. Here's a recording of what the noise sounds like. what should i do? what is this noise? My friend is saying its coil whine. could coil whine just happen out of no where ? and why does it stop happening after i leave the pc off for a couple of hours and then turn it on for a couple of hours and theres no noise. then it comes back? 20200723_221540.m4a

    PSU Problem

Money is tight right now and I was just trying to enjoy my 2 weeks left of vacation before entering med school and forgetting video games and everything. And some bad stuff happened made me lose some money. Just a really really horrible day... Hopefully it'll get better tomorrow.

    PSU Problem

no no no thats not what i meant . i would never take a psu a part , i meant like taking it out of the pc and checking out the fan and stuff and then putting it back in and plugging everything.
  22. Hi guys. I'm in need for some serious help. I built my pc like 3 4 months ago and it was working flawlessly for this time, and today all of a sudden my psu started making this weird noise like the fan is making sort of a buzzing/like its hitting something noise maybe? i cleaned it with some air and thought the issue was fixed and it came back. the issue happens after like 20 mins of heavy gaming. What should I do? try to take it a part and clean it correctly ? Contact corsair for warranty and send it back? its a corsair 650 txm psu. Don't know what to do , is it a heat issue? i m not sure cause i have 6 fans in my pc and has pretty good airflow. Thanks in advance. Edit: psu fan works perfectly fine on light load or gaming for a short time but after a while it makes the noise again. Its weird cause the psu is overspec'd , its a 650w 80+ gold for a Ryzen 5 3600 and a 1650 super.... a system that consumes 200w or something at full load....
