    Inferior panel? It is essentially the same panel. The B9 has slightly less aggressive ABL (C9 will get slightly brighter), and the C9 has slightly better BFI. IMO it is NEGLIGIBLE and not worth the price hike. The only REAL difference is the processor. OP said $1500 for a 55 inch? I'm seeing $1300 at best buy.
