  1. The system is installed on a Samsung 830 SSD which was released in 2011, but I don't know when it was bought (probably aorund that time though). SMART reports everything as OK in HWiNFO. When talking about the RAM clockspeed, do you mean I should overclock it or buy faster RAM? The RAM's plugged in correclty over 2 DIMMs, but I will swap them around and see if anything changes. @The_Geek Thats interesting, sadly I'm not sure if the issues only appeared after the 1909 update or not.
  2. Hello, a PC in my workplace has been having some severe issues for some time now. It's an older machine. The issues are mainly related to a very weird boot process: Sometimes, when the Windows bootscreen already got to the spinning wheel, it will freeze for a short moment, then crash and restart the boot process from the BIOS welcome screen. If this happens, it will continue to bootloop 3 to 4 times, until the windows recovery mode kicks in. Now, if I let it restart it will in 100 % of the cases bootloop again. I have to shut the PC down and completely restart the boot process, at which point it will succeed. The same issue occurs when rebooting from inside windows, where it also will bootloop in the exact same way 8/10 times. We've already clean reinstalled windows, but that didn't solve the issue, at least not for long. The issue came up a couple months ago, but never made problems in the years before. This issue makes installing updates very complicated, as the failing reboot process will roll back the updates. Another issue that might or might not be related are some sparse BSODs, they mainly occur when opening programs. But it doesn't seem to be related to a specific program, sometimes it's Firefox, sometimes any Adobe program. I didn't save the error messages, but recall that there was a MEMORY_MANAGEMENT error a couple times. From what I've read that's the RAM, but there were some other error codes as well. Maybe someone knows which part of the hard- or software could be causing this issue. I'd be really happy to hear your thoughts.
