That's an awesome idea, and very easy to do. You can mount any fan to any heatsink with just zip-ties. And why change only one, change all the fans if you want xD

Some people go with 1,2 large-wide zip-tie, but personally I don't, and it will also impact the RGB looks. So your best bet are actually 4 small, thin, long zip-ties for each of the holes. Maybe 1-2 more for easier easier mount. And depending if you're going for white or black, you can match with zip-ties from those colors. There's tons available on amazon:

    https://www.amazon.com/zip-ties/s?k=zip+ties

The reason I'm mentioning zip-ties, is because the standard metal mounting system for the NH-D15 is optimized for 120mm size fan mounting holes. And the only 140/150mm ARGB fan on the market that will fit the NH-D15/S is this one from Thermalright:

There's also an RGB version, and Scythe has an RGB version. The ARGB Thermalright fan on the link above has the additional benefit of even matching the stock NH-D15 performance (technically it should beat the Noctua noise-normalized). Here the Thermalright for only ~$21 on amazon:

You can see how the Thermalright on the left image is more advanced (ARGB, so complex colors), compared to the RGB-only version of the Scythe on the right, with only 1 clear color at a time. Plus Scythe is a bit worse in performance (but still more than ok).

There's plenty of ARGB fans that aren't much worse than the NH-D15 fan in noise-normalized performance, and the 3* I mentioned above even fit with the stock metal brackets (and perform the same or better)
