  1. I have. I had full motherboards sent to me before I RMA'd the defective one. CyberpowerPC did that. So it is possible. Also in the corporate world you're never going to send a defective part out before you receive the replacement. All I'm saying is that they could have done better. I scanned the receipt so they could see that I literally just bought it.
  2. So, I bought 2 of them for 2 computers from Microcenter. One works, one does not. The one that doesn't work, the LEDs never worked on the pump, they never turned on. The pump however seems fine and the Cam Software works (somehow). They wanted me to RMA it and it was going to take a couple of weeks before I would have gotten it back. So I'm just returning it to Microcenter. Their customer service sends some emails with words that make me feel like I'm trying to screw them, even though it's their QA that failed. Quote from email: - NZXT will go through individual inspections for each product to ensure the products are genuine NZXT products and match the item assigned to the RMA#- Packages with damage or that do not have a valid RMA# clearly marked on the exterior of their package will be returned to sender at the sender’s expense. I don't really appreciate them acting like that and also taking 2 weeks of back and forth for them to accept the RMA.
