So, I bought 2 of them for 2 computers from Microcenter. One works, one does not. The one that doesn't work, the LEDs never worked on the pump, they never turned on. The pump however seems fine and the Cam Software works (somehow).
They wanted me to RMA it and it was going to take a couple of weeks before I would have gotten it back. So I'm just returning it to Microcenter. Their customer service sends some emails with words that make me feel like I'm trying to screw them, even though it's their QA that failed.

I don't really appreciate them acting like that and also taking 2 weeks of back and forth for them to accept the RMA.
