So, in my case, I would only need 2 SATA connections? One for my HDD and one for my SSD? I'll won't take Intel Lan in to consideration then... Now I'm thinking about the RGB in the parts I've picked. Will both motherboards have enough connections to hook up all the RGB? Or are the lights build in the components? I feel like I'm really overthinking this. But I've been saving for quite some time now and I just want it to be 'perfect'. Like I said, it's going to be my first (and last for hopefully the next like 7 years) build.

I wanted it to be somewhat future proof. I know there are a lot of good 450's out there, but I rather get a 570 now. I'm pleased with the others parts I picked out. I just really cant decide on a motherboard ^^ Apparently the TUF has more SATA connections. Which seemed like a big deal for people. But I don't even know exactly what SATA is used for. After a quick google search they are used for storage devices. But why would one want 8 SSD/HDDs!? (I'm new to the PC scene) I also read that the Elite has Intel Lan. Which also seemed important for some people. But again, I don't even know what that really means.

In a week (payday!) I'm ordering all the parts I need for my very first build. But I really can't decide on which motherboard to choose from. Trying to decide between the x570 Aorus Elite and the x570 Asus TUF Gaming (no wi-fi). Different sites say different things. One forum says the Elite is great, other sites say the TUF gaming is better. I really don't know anymore... It's going to be a gaming pc with Ryzen 7 3700x, if that matters.

The case I want to purchase has 3 built in fans. I have 2 questions about that before I actually do so; - After doing a little bit of research on the motherboard I want to buy (which is the Gigabyte X570 Aorus Elite), I found out it only has 2 fan headers. Does that mean I can't hook up one of the build-in fans to it? Or do they run on their own? - Will the 3 fans be enough to keep my pc cool or is it necessary to get additional fans? The reason I like the icue 465x because it comes with 3 RGB fans. It's my first build, so RGB is still hype for me. I would like it if both answers to these questions are positive. But if that isn't the case, which case would you recommend? After taking everything said here into consideration, I think I'll go for gloop's build, but instead of 32GB ram it'll be 16GB. And minus the CPU cooler. Getting a 2080 instead of a 2060 is convincing me a lot to go for this build. Thanks everyone!

Forgive me for asking but, how legit is this? Paying 5 euro instead of 150 seems almost too good to be true. Gotcha. I wasn't planning on overclocking. I think I'll go with the 3700x with the 2080 super as you suggested. With the money I save from not getting the cooler and decreasing my RAM to 16GB (which apparently is enough for my needs and I can always buy more if/when it's really needed), I think I'll get the AORUS MASTER. Does that sound any good?

Currently, 1920x1080, 60Hz. During my research I found out 144Hz is the way to go.. right? I'm going to purchase a new monitor after the PC. I really like this build. May I ask why the CPU cooler is unnecessary? And did you mean the cooler isn't needed for my build or yours as well?

As the title suggests, I have minimum knowledge about PC building. I've never done it or never studied for it. I've assembled a PC with parts that seem good in my eyes. I've looked up a lot of reviews about the parts I picked. It's supposed to be somewhat futureproof, so I don't have to upgrade it every year, but I would really like some opinions from people who know more about the subject. My goals with this PC are purely gaming. I only play RPG/adventure games, so I don't think I need anything higher for that anyway.
