    That is pretty much the exact reason why I'm attempting this. Because of the fact that windows 7 is not really safe as a main os.

    I run a 2nd gen Ryzen system without an integrated GPU, I use ubuntu as my host and I run windows 10 via gpu passthrough on my guest RX590 without flaw. The moment however that I attempt to use windows 7 either using bios of uefi. Without fail I always get a code 12 error for one reason is another. Is this a known issue and is there a way around this?
