  1. Heya! So I managed to get a WD SN850 2TB SSD with a pretty nice discount of 50%. Now I was just wondering since I use an older SN750 as my bootdrive and I am gonna use the SN850 as my drive to store my games, if it would affect my load times in games negavtively since the SN750 is a slower drive than SN850?
  2. Hi there! So recently my PC has been showing some strange behaviour. Everytime I boot up my pc I get either one of two BSOD. The first is a noskernel error and the other is a mountmgr error. When I get either one of these errors I can go into my BIOS, quit just quit it and restart and the errors then do not apear until i complete shut down and restart. I haven't really been able to find a solution to this and I have done 3 fresh installs of windowds up until now, which haven't helped. I figuerd it might be the BIOS version so i donwgraded to the previous version but this did not help either. a memory tested showed no problems either. If anyone has an idea as what I could do to try and fix this, it would be greatly appreciated!
  3. Hi all! The title is pretty self-explanatory. When I have my 2 displays connected my GPU memory usage is pinned at 100% (7570hz), as soon as I disconnect my secondary display it drops to almost 400Hz (I have an RTX 2080 Gaming x trio, overclocked of course). Voltage and GPU usage stay normal. My main display is a LG 27GL850-B and my secondary display is a LG 27UD69P-W Tips to fix this would be appreciated!

  5. Seemed to work but then it started the same behviour again for some reason
  6. So, I have a werrd thing going on after i did a fresh install of windows. It seems as if windows keeps applying some sort of color calibration which makes my monitors looks very saturated and, now if i go to display settings and open Advanced scaling settings, without apllying any changes it wil revert back to how my monitor would normally look like. Then after some period it wil change back to that saturated color tone and I have to do the thing with the scaling settings again. I already have reinstalled my graphics driver but that doesnt seem to have changed anything. If anyone has a fix for this it would be greatly appreciated!
  7. Thanks for the responses, you allready helped me a great deal allready! Considering the waterblock for the GPU, i thought that the RTX 2080 Gaming X Trio from MSI used the same PCB layout as the Founders Edition. But i guess this is not case then. Are the Vector series from EK a good subsitute?
  8. As of right now, these are the parts i deicided to go with. Because i am going for soft-tubing i think i have enough fittings. I should be good with 8 ( CPU / GPU / PUMP-RES / RAD) I have a fairly good idea how i want my loop to go, since i am not going for "Pretty" yet i dont mind if it looks a bit messy. Once i get the hang of it i will switch i out for hardline later on.
  9. I was atleast planning on going soft-tube since i expect that to be a little bit easier to work with, and also not having to have buy as many fittings since as if i were to go with hard-line. Might it be a good idea to go with a building-kit aswell? so i atleast know i have the needed parts? Except for the GPU ofcourse, i saw some kits form EK including a res, pump, rad, and CPU block + tubing and fittings.
  10. Hi all! So i am looking to watercool my entire system with the hydro X series components from corsair. This will be the first time watercooling my system so i am looking for some guidance and tips as well as recommendations. I have to say beforehand that i am not looking to spend insane amounts of money on this, though i am not strictly on a budget. I don't want to spend too much money. I know the Hydro X series is fairly well priced and it is not like i am trying to build the most exotic system. Like i said, it is my first attempt at this. For reference, this is my build as of this moment: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/hyNp4n I would like to go with a single triple radiator set-up, the components i have on my wish list right now are: Corsair Hydro XC7 RGB CPU Water Block Corsair Hydro XD5 RGB Pump/Reservoir Corsair Hydro XL5 Performance Coolant Corsair Hydro X Series XG7 RGB 20-Series G Corsair Hydro X Series XR7 360mm Any help would be greatly appreciated, i only gonna buy the parts once i have a full picture of the cost and what i can expect from this build and what the best layout for my tubing is. Thanks in advance!
  11. Hi! All of a sudden the mic of my Arctis 7 is not working anymore on my PC, my Blue Snowball mic wirks fine and the headset works as it should on my MacBook. I reinstalled the software and everything but nothing worked so far. Hope somebody can help me!
  12. Well, that is a fair complaint i gotta say. Didnt expect that for MSI. Not planning on upgrading to a 3900x tho
  13. Got it for free with my CPU when i bought it since i know a guy at the webshop where i bought my stuff :'')
  14. May i know why you say it is a bad Motherboard? Since i really like it and have gotten 0 issues with it.
  15. It has been an evolving build, i bought the 2080 around feb 2019 when i was still running a 4770k. I only recently switched to AMD lmao.
  16. Hi all! Just curious what you guys think about my build since i think it is "Done" for the time being. The GL850 is my main monitor for gaming and i use the UD69P mostly for my Playstation 4 (because it is 4k) as well as connecting my MacBook to it when doing some programming since i like the extra screen space it gives me when tilted 90 degrees. It also functions as my secondary display. I will post pictures probably tomorrow since then i will get my dual monitor arm and when i installed that i can call it "Finished". I am curious as to what things you guys would change or what kind of recommendations you have still might have! 17. Atm i don’t have the option for a clean install with a new ISO, but I will scan with sfc/ scanning to see what it finds
  18. When you use the recovery option you don’t need a installer. Windows does it by itself. Besides that I have a legit copy of Windows 10 that I used when I upgraded my rig a few weeks ago when I got my new CPU. The ISO was from MS.
  19. Is used the reset option that windows gives in the recovery setting. Set it to complete reset so that it removes everything and reinstalls the OS.
  20. Hi guys! I really need help. For some reason my CPU is pinned at 100%. It isn’t one particular app that uses so much since it looks like its switching between apps for some reason. I already did clean reset of my OS but that didn’t help. When restart with the diagnostic option I don’t have this problem. For my specs you guys can refer to my pcpartpicker link. I will provide some pictures. Help would really be appreciated!
  21. Hi guys! So it is really starting to itch to go ahead and Watercool my PC. Now I have NO experience whatsoever (aside from AIO's) so I am looking for tips and info as to plan ahead as much as I can. I am planning on going with the Corsair Hydro X line of components for my build since I like the styling and to my idea is a little bit user friendly. As for my case I am using a Fractal Design Define r6 (black with white) with the glass side panel. I have a list with anything else related to my specs at the end of my post.
