Hey guys, Ive been noticing issue when playing some games specifically Rocket League, when someone messages me on steam, my FPS doesn't drop but my game feels like its stuttering, as long as the notification is open on the steam overlay this will continue until i X out of the message or invite via shift tab, this also happens when I watch anything on You tube or twitch on my second monitor. I have tried some Minor thing to fix this but im not sure why, this only started happening recently when i upgraded my computer, I play on an asus monitor at 144hz rocket locks at 250 max stays there 99% of the time. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!
