I was having similar issues with DCOP on the same motherboard, but using 2 x 8G Rip Jaw 3600s (F4-3600C16D-16GVK). I could boot at lowest RAM settings, but if I turned RAM up to 3200 or 3400 I could boot into windows once, but wouldn't be able to sleep/restart without resetting CMOS. After tinkering with the settings I have been able to boot without a problem, so for now I am saying it worked.
After resetting to defaults I turned on DCOP "Profile #1" and only changed the SOC offset to '+' using 'auto'.
Side note, the asus mobo was on my RAMS qvl, but the RAM was not on the mobos qvl (but the almost identical F4-3600C16D-16GVKC is). I am not sure how much this affects the situation, but I plan to test out the RAM that is on the qvl tomorrow.
