  1. I tried soldering it back in but it just comes back out after a few flights. I was very wary of dropping any solder on the PCB. Is the u.fl connector the one that's on the board and the ipx connector the one on the antenna itself? And are all ipx connectors the same? I've seen some micro ipx ones sold on Amazon but from googleing I can't find anything else about them
  2. I've broken the flight control antenna on my Eachine Wizard X220s. Which antenna do I need to replace it with? How do I know which connector to buy? It looks similar to other RF antennas on WiFi kit. I think it's an IPX but there seems to be several types and I have no idea which one it is. This is the spec for the drone https://banggood.app.link/YvL8Ygks5db Thank you
  3. I have the Eachine battery charger which I use to charge my XT60 75C 4S battery for my Eachine Wizard X200S drone - https://www.Banggood.com/Eachine-Wizard-X220S-FPV-Racer-RC-Drone-Spare-Part-4S-14_8V-Battery-Charger-p-1167725.html?cur_warehouse=CN&rmmds=mywishlist When I plugged my battery into it there was a Spark and a burning smell and the charger no longer works. I have opened it up and it looks like a diode has blown. I got another one and used a different battery and the same thing happened again. I had used the new charger and the battery several times without an issue before it broke. Does anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening? I have the wall switch turned off when I plug the battery in but I can’t imagine that making a difference. There is a USA – UK plug adapter that came with the charger aswell. Also do you think that the battery that blew the charger is still safe to use? It had a slight burn mark on one of the terminals. The other battery that I blew it with has no marks at all. I've attached a couple of photos. Thank you
  4. Hi, I have a Toshiba Tecra M11-11L laptop. It was working fine last night but this morning it won't boot up. I haven't dropped it/spilt anything on it or moved it off my desk. When I try and boot it goes to the Toshiba logo (which ironically says leading innovation underneath it) and then a black screen. I've tried pressing 0 when it boots which apparently factory resets it and I have tried restarting it 3 times to go to safe mode but I can't get there. I can get to the BIOS which I've reset to defaults but its made no difference. I've also tried all the obvious stuff - restarts, battery out, leaving it alone for hours, different power sockets etc etc. Does anyone have any ideas? I use one drive so there's no data on it. I don't have access to another computer either so I'm currently trying to work off my phone. Thanks for any suggestions
  5. I'm thinking of buying a cheap laptop from a charity shop but it dosent come with any OS. How hard would it be to install Windows 10 and how would I actually do it? Also do you need to pay for a Windows licence? Thanks
