Garflop

I been trying to update my bios on my Gigabyte X570 AORUS Ultra for the past few days because i cant use XMP unless have i the latest bios that adds compatibility for the ram Im using , but i just cant get the motherboard to see my usb. i uploaded a pic of what i see ever-time i go into Qflash.

Hey everybody first time posting pls bear with me. I just needed somewhere i could share how excited i am about this upgrade it feels so overdue. My current rig is a mash up of newer and somewhat older parts and its definitely starting to show its age, takes like 2 to 3 trys to post when its cold idk y ?. and gameplay is almost unplayable at this point avg 25 -30 fps on low to med setting. I think is have gotten used to playing with the lag, Its bad lol. Cant wait to build the new rig. just ordered the cpu and motherboard last week Here the specs Old CPU: Amd 8100 overclocked to 3.1 GHz (o yea its hot rodded) Gpu: Asus gtx 970 ( only quality thing in this rig) Motherboard: (ASRock idk but its so old it has sata and ribbon cable ports on it). PSU: Corsair CX Series 750 Watt Ram: 8gbs ( some Chinese no-name brand) New CPU:Amd ryzen 9 3900x Gpu Asus gtx 970 (im holding out for the nivida 3000 card to drop, yea i know it will be a bottleneck ,it shouldn't that bad for short-term) Motherboard: Gigabyte X570 AORUS Ultra ( I would like to hear opinions on this board, felt a little unsure on what would be a good board.) Ram: still not sure PSU: Is it chill to use the old corsair 750 or do i something beefier?
