32GB is already overkill so you don't need 64GB. And go up to 3600 CL16 if you can.
The 2070S can help with streaming with NVENC, so with the 3700x it's a good combo.
Get a less trash motherboard like the Asus Prime P or TUF if you want X570 or get a MSI B450 MAX (Tomahawk, A-Pro or Gaming plus). MSI X570 line up is trash but their B450 is quite good.
Get a better PSU like a Corsair RM, RMx or TXM, Phanteks AMP or Bitfenix Formula Gold, Whisper M.
