Tested the GPU in my own PC and it just starts and runs without GPU connected

It's no post at all

How do i flash the bios without a screen to look at

I can connect the monitor to the motherboards port it boots ofc when i do that but not with the graphic's card connected and i cant see anything on the monitor

Hello so im making a pc for a friend of mine and it doesnt boot when i have the graphic's card installed. When i take it out it boots, but i can ofc not see anything without the graphic's card it also makes a click noise, I have tested the graphic's card and it works fine, i also tried different rams, The only thing i think it can be is the PCIE because that the only cable that isnt original, but it's from the same companay so it shouldnt be a problem right? It's a 650 watt corsair gold Cable im using is from a 850 watt corsair gold PLEASE HELP
