  1. I believe it to be a hardware issue as benchmarking with 3dmark causes crashing
  2. I went ahead and checked into my power options and it isnt on a power saving mode for windows 10. I also went and checked into the device manager and it shows in there and doesn't say there is any errors or update to the drivers. I will try and move around PSU that may be an issue. I don't really have another system to test it on. EDIT: I changed around the PSU slot and no change. When running a benchmark it crashed almost immediately with a sudden jump in power consumption. Its also sitting fairly high on a few measures.
  3. Hello! Here is a quick run through of the issues i'm having. I have an idea but was directed here by a friend to double check before buying anything. In the past week or so I have been starting to have issues playing games with my friends. At first the issues started in Overwatch but then have led to it crashing in most games including really low resource game like call of duty : world at war zombies. It is completely random but happened multiple times a day whenever I am in a game, sometimes not happening at all for a half hour and sometime happening every five minutes. The error is the following: In light of trying to fix it I have completely reset my computer including wiping and cleaning the drives and reinstalled my drivers. I was having issues with the geforce experience reinstalling them so I had to manually install the newest one through their website. I figured that this was a bad sign since I wasn't having that issue before. Specs: Windows 10 Pro Insider Preview 64-bit CPU: i7 7700 3.6ghz RAM: 16gb Motherboard: Micro-star MPG Z360 Gaming pro Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980 EVGA Storage 120gb sata, 931mb HD BIOS version: American Megatrends 1.4 2/21/2019 No software issues im aware of, have closed everything down and still had the same error. I do run discord but have disabled the overlay. My thought is that my graphic card ha failed in some way and that I have to replace it but I wanted opinions since I have a really really tight budget right now and I dont think I can afford one anytime soon. If it is please leave me ideas for a new one and with my specs I was thinking a msi gaming geforce rtx 2070 super was the best option. Thanks for any advice and help willing to provide anything else needed.
