  2. Hello to everyone 6 months ago i bought a brand new QNAP TS-431P , and 4 WD 8 TB each (Nasware FFBX) Everything was working perfectly but one day , as i started my nas, i discovered that is not accessable, either by internet browser, either by qnap pro app I tried to another switch, router, pc, but nothing(also changed all the Lan cables). I left and tried again after 2 days but also nothing happened. The point to me, is that in these disks , is everything for me. my job, me life, photos etc. Please help, in any way I have to mention that nas, is starting normally, with status led green, Lan status orange and disks all green. Thank you IF there is a solution, plugging these disks to Pc or another nas WITHOUT losing data, could be very helpfull
