Thank you for the advice, I tried and I there was no cables getting in the way of the fans. Btw this never happens when I am at load or idling, this only happens for like 10 seconds after I exit a game. Maybe I just gotta live with it?

I get this weird ticking noise after I stress my graphics card in game, but usually not during the game. It happens after I finish playing games and like 2 to 3 minutes later it starts making noise. I wanted to install a wifi card but the screw wouldnt go in, so i saw there was a orange looking film covering the hole and i was able to remove it with a tooth pick. Im pretty sure i can screw it in but dont know if it was there to protect it or not. Would it be safe to remove it and screw it in? Thank you
