Jesus F thank you actually did have hdmi in the wrong spot.

No display port on my monitor unfortunately so it is just a hdmi connection to the GPU

Really excited to get my first PC running then bam right of no signal from my monitor. All my components are brand new and I have tried the following. 1. New hdmi cables 2. Changing ram slots 3. Running with 1 ram in 4. Reseating GPU 5. Checking all connections to PSU 6. Even replaced motherboard which meant reapplying thermal paste and checking heatsinks. The components I'm using are Ryzen 7 3700, gigabyte 2070 super, Tuf gaming x570 wifi, and 750w seasonic focus. Appreciate any help just really stumped on why I can't get anything to come through the monitor. Also hooked my ps4 up to the monitor and it works so monitor should be fine.

I just upgraded to a dedicated mic setup and am now looking to upgrade my headset. I'm having some difficulties due to how the word "gaming" is attached to basically everything. Since I no longer need a built it in mic it also opens up a lot of possibilities. The headset can be either opened or closed and my price limit is around 250$s. Currently what I've been looking at is the beyerdynamic line but would like to see what any of you might suggest. As mentioned in the title I will be using the headset strictly for shooting games so isolating targets/direction of footsteps would be of the utmost importance. Thank you all in advance.
