  1. Update: I contacted Logitech directly as I bought the keyboard on their website. it was the cheapest option in France. So they sent me a long email to troubleshoot the usual stuff: - uninstall/reinstall drivers - uninstall/reinstall Logitech softwares (unifying/options) - try different USB ports It didn't help... Of course... The guy on the phone said they are aware of driver issues with the MX Keys but not with the arrow/shift keys. If it can't be sold, I should get a replacement unit. I really hope it can be solved. I wasn't really lucky with electronics this year: - ordered a new headset (MH752) mic was missing in the box - 2 HDD failed almost at the same time (nothing important on them and I had a backup on another one)
  2. Okay, I tried with Mass Effect Andromeda. In the game settings, the only thing I can do is to map a key per function but it is either an arrow key or one of the wasd keys. What I understand from your message is that there in game settings the possibility to set a key to function as another key. I don't want to play with wasd as I'm left-handed...
  3. Okay i'll try that and report back. I never had to do that with my previous keyword... Only changing the default keys to fit my needs. That's it.
  4. Hmm, I'm a bit lost here... If I do that, then i'll have to play with wasd instead of the arrow keys. Am I missing something?
  5. Thank you for the very quick reply. I tried already as I swtiched from right shift to right ctrl and going back to right shift. I also tried on 2 different laptops, just to see if the problem came from that but no. The Logitech software doesn't allow to remap keys as far as I know...
  6. Hello there, After three months, I finally could get my MX Keys from Logitech to replace my K310 (you know, the washable one that is still working by the way). Everything is great except when i'm playing games (I know, the keyboard is not made for that). So, I'm left-handed so I use arrows to move arround and right shift to sprint. I tried different games (Dead by Daylight, Mass Effect Andromeda, Cyberpunk). In all games, I can run in all directions except slightly on the right. The key combination right shift + up + right makes me run forward. It is the very first time ever I encounter such a problem. If I swtich right shift with right ctrl, it works but it is not confortable to play at all. The keyboard drivers are up to date according to Logitech's software. I tried with scroll lock on and off and it is still the same. Any suggestions?
  7. Hi guys! I received the new front metal mesh panel last week and had some time test it. On idle, I'm usually around 34C. In game, I'm usually between 65 and 75C on demanding games (Anthem, Jedi Fallen Order...) The fan curve is on default settings. So, pretty satisfied with this new front panel. One thing I don' tlike though is the fact that the bottom part is blocked so the integrated front led strip of the case is pretty useless and gives a weird hue on the whole front panel. But that's just a detail.
  8. Yes sure! In the meantime, I noticed that my computer won't boot directly. I need to press the reset button on the case... I can see the splash image of the mobo series then black screen and must press reset... Very annoying. I laready have reset the BIOS settings but no change.
  9. Most probably. However I can't change the mounting orientation with this cooler... I ordered the front panel for 27€. Always better than buying a new case.
  10. Ok so, now I have 2 front intake fans installed. With front panel off: - Idle 34,5C - Cinebench: 70,1C With front panel on: Idle: 40,1C - CInebench: 75,9C Also there is no difference even if I use the front switch to increase the fan speed. Maybe 0,5 degrees less at best.
  11. I think I know this case ? I'll move my top fan to the front later today. Also I found this: Seems that the temp difference between the original front panel of the P400 and the P400A is quite significant... The front panel costs 27€ on Amazon...
  12. Okay. I can try that but I don't have much hope to be honest but let see.
  13. Wait. Are you suggesting me to use the top exhaust fan as front intake as it was originally?
  14. The CPU cooler is pulling air up from the radiator and the fan right above is doing the same.
  15. I'm using Arctic MX-2 as thermal paste. I bought it with the CPU and motherboard. First time I buy one. In the past I only used what came with the cooler. I already have reseated the CPU cooler 3 times... Attached is a picture of my setup. There is no cable blocking the airflow so I guess my problem doesn't come from that. I'm using the silent version of the p400 case form Phanteks so there are some thick materials on the side and front panels. The front panel has 2 air entries, one at the top and one at the bottom. There is only one front intake fan as I transferred the other one to the top. I ordered another one but not received yet. I also watched the video shared by Tomthehitman. Unfortunately, I cannot change the radiator orientation only the fan placement and by pulling it above pulling air, I get 4 degrees less than when placed under the rad.
