Unfortunately it's not available in egypt the only CPUs Close to it are Ryzen 3 1200 and Athlon 200GE both are $64. I do have an SSD already kingston A400 480GB So should i go with the i3 and the asrock board or the ryzen 3 1200 and Gigabyte B450M S2H GAMING $83 (cheapest B450 board i could find)?

I'm upgrading from E8400 and P5G41T-M Lx and i am looking to upgrade for parts that would last me 5 years till i finish college. I am mainly going to use it for browsing,mainly youtube and facebook and listening to audio files and watching movies. My current GPU is R7 260x and i won't be upgrading it since i am not going to be doing a lot of gaming or GPU heavy tasks Note:All price are converted to USD from Egyptian pounds. Wanna upgrade to: Monitor:Dell SE2719H ($222) CPU:I3-9100F ($90) Motherboard:ASRock B365M Phantom Gaming 4 ($101) Memory:Crucial Ballistix Sport LT 8GB DDR4 3000 ($38) Are any of them overkill for just casual use or are they fine for future proofing? Should i stick with this motherboard or get ASUS TUF H310M-PLUS Gaming ($82)?
