Hello, i have some questions. I have a Sony x900f 4k tv and i would like to use the 3840x1620 resolution (forced 21:9) to play some games on ultra wide aspect ratio. I've read that doing so can permanently damage the TV and i should only use 16:9 and avoid black bars, is this true?. Also the tv is 120hz but due to the limited bandwidth of the hdmi 2.0 i have to use 60hz at 4k. I have made a custom resolution of 1440p at 120hz. Can this also damage the TV?
