its Intel Core i5 3773U but why it takes 70% when browser is closed , if it runs that ok but for no reason why it takes my CPU

Hi Everyone, I am Having this issue from last week and I cannot figure it out how to stop this. Even after I off the background activity of the browser it is still takes CPU Usage and also i reinstall the browser still same. Then I switch to firefox (Screenshot (9)) again the same thing Please tell how to fix this It drains my battery so fast and also affects my Performance

You can run Android Emulator in AMD Processor. I have been discuss many people that "which processor is best for Music productivity?".But majority of the people says that intel is best for musical productivity. but i am not sure because I am using FL Studio and It is a multi-threading software so it needs more cores AMD has more cores in a less price and i can't buy Intel due to its higher pricing Also no one is talking about music productivity does anyone have right answer for this???
