Hello everyone, I was thinking on building a computer, and I decided on the components below. I have had trouble choosing a graphics card (Gigabyte Model/open to change) because i cant decide between a 2070S 2x Windforce, or 2070S 3x Windforce. I had first decided on the 2070S 2x Windforce, but i got scarred away by the reviews. I heard people had trouble with the "rattling" fans, and the design of the Gigabyte model was "cheap plastic." I began to look at the 2070S 3x Windforce, but i wasn't looking to spending 500$ on the GPU (2x Windforce = 399$). My purpose for this build is streaming,recording, and Gaming. I would enjoy having great quality, but playing on ultra is not a priority for me. I do not have a deadline, and I am open to part suggestions other than those listed below except for CPU and Motherboard.
