Uhhh not quite sure of the question but rainbow six siege is eating up 70-80% of my cpu when playing on 80-90 FPS when using nvenc and my gpu is at 100%

Tried both Nvec to lower Cpu usage still no budge

Hey Linus and community I’m trying to figure out the best root for me to go. I built my first Pc about six months ago I use it for gaming and streaming Specs Cpu- I7-8700 Mobo- Asus z390 a prime Gpu- asus rog strix gtx 1060 6gb had 16 gb of ram 2400mhz just got 2 more sticks so I have 32gb now Now the problem I’m seeming to have is bottle necking. My OBS is having an encoder error When it’s below ultra settings 80-90 FPS. When on medium settings yes the FPS goes up but cpu goes up to almost 100% Not sure if I should upgrade Cpu to a 9700k and 1080 ti 11gb or get a second pc dedicated for streaming. Or am I supposed to just upgraded cpu or gpu ive been in my head the last few weeks trying to figure it out watching dozens of your videos over again and I’m on some what of a budget so please Guru Linus help a fellow content creator out
