    The Mother Board is an ASUS ROG Maximus XI Hero (Wi-Fi) Z390 For now I am just trying to on the machine alone. I pulled out the Graphics Card and it would still not turn boot up.

You turn the power supply on and the mother board lights up, but every time I tried to press the start button. Nothing happens. No fans, No display, Nothing. It would not boot up or anything. I don't know if I plug in the cords wrong or what. What to do?
