  1. Does MSI supports/plans to support resizable bar on Radeon 6000 series cards? I've only found article that explains how to enable it for NVIDIA cards.
  2. So I stumbled across this video and figure out that I can use my old Xperia Z2 as a media hub. MHL adapter is super cheap and I have few monitors with HDMI input. Unfortunately I have no idea how to connect mouse. Phone has totally smashed display so I can't even enable bluetooth. The only way to connect keyboard or mouse is via cable but there is no USB hub that will support MHL and OTG at the same time. DIY Perks on his video is using HDMI controller board that has two USB-C ports but the link he gave is to a bundle with a screen. I don't need a screen and it is too expensive anyway. I could buy only board but I can't find any. I can also modify MHL adapter itself. Soldering the USB cable would be easy but I have no schematics and I'm not even sure if I could just solder USB to HDMI without any special controller. Can I even do anything with this?
  3. Then I'll probably go with PopOS. Thanks for the help!
  4. Since both package managers are fine for my needs I guess it come downs to optimization and updates. For games I guess PopOS will do better but for updates stability Manjaro seems to have higher position. Also since Manjaro is more popular so is it safe to assume that software will be better optimized for this OS?
  5. Well it's not like I'm total newbie in Linux since we use Debian in work but I fail to understand what is different between distros beside Desktop Enviroment. I understand that some of them have some programs preinstalled or they have better support of specific drivers. But is that really it? I update my OS as soon as I can so security shouldn't be an issue. The most I care about smooth experience
  6. Both system seems very stable to me. I've ran both of them from pendrive and neither of them had any problems. I know nothing about support though. Edit: typo
  7. I'm planing to ditch Windows in favor of Linux but I don't know which distro to choose. I've seen people recommending Manjaro as well as PopOS for gaming and coding. I prefer Manjaro's KDE but you can install this Desktop Environment on PopOS with no problem. I also have Radeon + Ryzen setup so I don't need any special drivers that are present in PopOS. So what else should I consider while choosing distro?
