Right now I'd be able to get a Dell G5 15 in a sale here in Switzerland with the following specs:
9th Generation Intel® Core™ i7-9750H
Windows 10 Home (64 Bit)
NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1660 Ti 6 GB GDDR6
8 GB DDR4, 2 x 4 GB, 2.666 MHz
M.2-PCIe-NVMe-SSD 256 GB + 1 TB 5400 HDD
15.6" 144 Hz GSYNC Display
For a mere 1179 CHF (around $1200). That seems like a really good deal.
But all the reviews I've found are older configurations where some say it throttles and gets very hot, anyone know or have this configuration and can recommend it?
Up until now I haven't found anything that comes close to this at the same price point. If you can recommend something else, I mostly need it for Rocket League, CSGO and the occassional triple A, so 144hz and a decent CPU/GPU are the most important things.
