Thank you all for the quick replies this is the most help ive gotten the psu is a CORSAIR RM750x I have after burner open and the gpu temps are fine as expected. I cant really check the cpu temps because it instantly reboots but I dont think it could spike that fast. I never had any temp issues with the 1060 I know I need to upgrade the cpu mother board and ram but I pulled the trigger on the gpu and psu so I could give the 1060 to my friend im getting like 60 frames on league medium settings

Jesus christ im going to pull my hair out. recently I moved my OMEN by HP Desktop PC - 870-224 into new case and replaced the 1060 with an rtx 2060 as well as upgraded the psu to a 750 watt one. As soon as i get into a cs server It blackscreen reboots. when I play a game such as league i get like less than 1/5th the fps I should be getting. I have ddu nvidia drivers and reinstalled them to no avail. ive been dealing with this for the past week and nothing has worked.
