then i have still screen tearing i use a 2460G5 and an LG 24gm79G

i did the test i have screen tearing but when i duplicate my monitor with the other one i dont have tearing my 2nd monitor has 75hz

I dont have any setting in my monitor for that i have the lg24gm79g monitor

I have a issue called screen tearing i cant find a way to fix it i have it in every game and even on youtube. Even when i cap my fps To my refresh rate i still have screen tearing does somebody know what the cause is of this. Specs: gpu Gtx 1080 Cpu ryzen 2600 Screen 144hz monitor
