  1. Hi, After I finished my build, I have some problems with my pc. Whenever I turn off the pc (correctly, from Windows), I can't turn it on again, I press the power button and nothing happen. I can turn it on only if I unplugged it completely and wait for like 1-5 min. What could cause this? I have read it's about PSU and Mainboard. But I'm not sure since I once tried to put a CMOS battery while pc is running, and the battery touched some little silver thingy on the board (image link below, same model), it burnt and leave a burnt mark. For PSU, my PSU works fine except for that problem, gaming without crashing or shutting down. Thanks a lot! https://imgur.com/a/f7LMe8Y
  2. So the problem caused by the gpu's gold pin right ? Is it possible to fix it btw
  3. I recently bought a used Nitro+ RX480 and I found 1 problem. If I screwed my gpu to the case, it won't boot. But if I just leave it unscrewed, it works as normal. I tried different gpu and I found that it's my gpu fault, others work fine even being screwed. Also, I tried placing my case horizontally, it likes my gpu won't work if it's placed vertical to a motherboard ( even it's unscrewed too ). I have to bend my gpu to make it works. I just wonder if it's fixable or something? Or I have to buy a new one. Thanks in advanced for any help.
  4. Hello, I have some problem with my rx470. I used this graphic card on my old pc (i7 2600k, p8z77v-lx mobo) without any problems. But on my new pc, r5 1400 with asus prime b450m-k mobo, have some weird problem. It always blacks out when I play games, csgo, gta v. But my whole pc still running, cpu fan's spinning, rx470's running too. I re-installed my windows, gpu driver several times, that didn't help. I need some advices, thanks in advance. Spec - cpu: Ryzen 5 1400 - vga: Sapphire Nitro+ RX470 4gb - mobo: Asus prime b450m-k - psu: thermaltake smart m 750W 80+ - ram: 8*1gb cruical 2400 MHz - ssd: 1*m.2 wd blue sn550 - hdd: 1*hdd 5.4k rpm 500gb
  5. Hello, I'm looking for a new cpu for gaming and some works ( video editing ) which I'm going to use it for more 2-3 years. My current cpu is i7-2600K which is really old. Or should I upgrade my gpu instead ( my gpu is rx 480 8 gb ) ? Thanks

  12. Hello My mobo have 4x2.0 usb ports + 2x 3.0 usb ports. Around 3-4 days ago there was a storm, and the power suddenly went out. The problem occurs, I cant use all of my 2.0 usb ports. The best way to use it is I have to disable and enable my usb ports driver everytimes I turn on my pc. I just wanted to know it's hardware or software problem. Thanks in advance
  13. I have figured out, I disabled hyper threading, which it limits my cpu to run with 4 threads. Thanks for all of your helps, I really appreciate it.
