no game even starts in XP, what a garbage system

yes, compatibility mode is a joke, some games run even worse with that

i want a dedicatede XP System that runs well

also no gpu driver

ffs none of the drivers work, is there anyway i can get some legacy drivers for atheros wireless internet

older games that dont run at all on newer windows versions. Also i asked specifically if anybody knew where to get XP drivers, i didn't as you folks to question why i need those drivers in the first place...

so my laptop works properly with Windows XP

i will just install the Win8 drivers then and hope it works good enough

ah that might be it thanks, will try that PS: why do i need IDE when i boot but not when i want to use the CD/DVD drive in windows?
