Unfortunately, my audio interface is not having it. The Stream Deck also acts up and the instructions tell you not to use a hub I wish it did because my hub is unplugged at the moment. I think I should start looking to put together a desktop system now. I don't think my laptop can handle video smoothly. Thanks!

@mariushm, hubs don't work for certain devices...the ones I mentioned. In addition, I have a program that will not play nice with external drives that are on a hub.

Hi. It has been a long time since I have bought a performance computer (like about 20 years) so forgive me. Seems like everything I am buying wants a dedicated USB port (audio, Stream Deck, etc). I can't run it all because I only have two USB-A and one USB-C (going to a monitor). I think I need a new PC (not a laptop). Based on what I have seen on Linus' channel, I'll be looking at an AMD. Do the newer, faster computers have more USB's to work with? I need this for recording music and editing videos (lots of video). I could use some guidance. Thanks!
