  1. I don't want spend more than £1200, but if there's a something of good value, I might set max at around £1,3k. As I said I want it to be comfortable to use while lying in bed. I'm pretty sure I'll go for some stand, but I don't want it to be super bulky and very heavy (like Asus G703 is or familiar). Although I don't mind huge power supply. Edit: Battery life is no concern.
  2. #1 Ok, sorry Greta Thunberg for using electricity #2 I meant if I get like 60+ fps on 1440p on high+ settings in some decently demanding game (idk like BfV or Shadow of Tomb Raider), I'd like to keep things at least 60+ fps on 1080p on high+ settings.
  3. Hi folks. As title says, I'm looking for a laptop to comfortable play (mostly from a bed) in a price range of around £1k'ish. I've read the pinned down guide about laptops on the forum and I have checked some of those, but many of them seem to be hard to buy in a config that I'd like to have (not to mention some are unavailable in the UK). Most retailers have models in a stock with particular config that can't be changed and buying directly from a manufacturer is way more expansive + you have to wait like a month for a delivery. Also I'm not sure what model go for (since I never had a laptop - desktop user only), so please help me choose something ? The config I want go for is at least min: 512gb SSD (1tb more prefered, but it probably won't fit into price range) with no hdd inside, 120-144 Hz FHD display (pref 15"), decent 6gb video card with decent supporting it cpu (like 1660ti with some i5) Cheers Edit: Forgot to mention, I expect performance not worse on FHD than I had on my desktop - 1440p on RTX 2060 with i5-9400f.
