  1. Huh. I guess that's another phone call to PCS. Just gonna request a refund at this rate.
  2. The three fans at the top are intakes. She runs cool at under 60c under loads.
  3. Yeah, my old system (Zotac 1080 AMP) runs fine. Something buggy with the card I think.
  4. So... my brand new PC from PCS (PC Specialist) arrived today. And at first glance it's absolutely gorgeous. I've build a handful of PC's in the past, but for my current built that I want to last a good few years I thought it be best to leave it to a professional. The system worked amazing out of the box. But now I'm running into more and more problems as we go down the line. At first, the Corsair H100i cooler wouldn't show on my PC, something was wrong with the cabling That has been addressed, and now the fans on the RAD won't show in the controller either. Those are minor things though, the thing that annoys me the most and I CANNOT for the life of me sort out is the GPU. The picture it produces is full of Film Grain and Background Noise. It looks like 720p when its native resolution is 4k 3840 x 2160. I have performed multiple DDUs and clean installs, and now the GPU won't even show up in Aura sync. Bunk card? Or am I just missing something? Pictures below are of the home screen, and if you zoom in you can see distortion in the image, even over the text. A screenshot will not grab the issue I have, so sorry for the pictures taken on the phone in advance. I will list my full spec list incase there might be a problem with compatibility ect... CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 3900x GPU: ROG STRIX 2080 SUPER MOBO: Asus TUF X570-PLUS RAM: 16GB Corsair Vengeance 32000Mhz Storage: 500gb Samsung 970 Evo Plus nvme M.2 + 1 TB Sasmsung Evo SSD PSU: Corsair RM 750x (Edit: The issue is not with my monitors. My old Rig used a Zotac 1080 AMP at 4k and performed fine. I'm using the same cables, same peripherals. I even swapped the cables to be sure. I have a 1080p 60hz Secondary monitor, and a 4k UHD 60hz Primary. 1080p running on DP 1.2 and 4k on HDMI 2.1) Any help will be gratefully appreciated. I really would not like to RMA the entire thing. Thanks!
