i meant monitor does not flicker without driver

Without graphics driver i can't even play 720p youtube videos

Hello everyone, I have a core i5 2400 CPU and I don't have any GPU so I was using integrated graphics. A few days ago suddenly my monitor starts flickering. Now whenever I install the driver after few minutes monitor start flickering and freeze like this But without any graphics driver monitor just works fine. what could be the problem, Please help
