i kinda fixed it, went and got a gigabyte x570 Aorus Elite Wifi! actually worked on first try! This mb had Wayyy fewer issues, actually none that i can think of. It even booted from the m.2 drive i had setup on the tuf gaming mb. I want to note that on the tuf gaming x570-plus wifi i had a few issues hard issue installing Windows. Loading it worked, but then it sayd i had to reinstall (i had to load wifi drivers???!?! before/during the install of windows). Apparently thats critical and was missing b ram slots didnt work. tried rebuilding cpu, easing off heatsink, updating bios, lowering timing. maybe its something i did to it? updating bios wouldnt work except through the internet, including trying name changes (maybe i didn't capitalize?)

For whatever reason It wont let me EZ Update from a usb stick (or from a file on ssd) it always says 'Selected file is not a proper BIOS!'. As seeing in manual (3-1) naming it to tgx570pw makes no difference. If i download it using the internet setting in EZ Update it says 'up to date' (this is originally how i updated it) Something else i noticed in manual Page viii doesnt list ddr4-3600 for gen 3... not sure if that Really matters or not... esp since its on qualified list. I heard people rebuilding system somehow made it work. i did that outside of the case, and same problem.

correct, they should, but putting one in either b wont boot (stays stuck on dram issue) About the 2133Mhz is when i set DOCP profile to 3600, thats what shows up everywhere (and works correctly, even in windows), except in the bios main screen it still says G-skill 16384MB 2133MHz. not sure if that is a big deal or not. Even if you go to the 'main' tab in advanced it will show the proper speed (3600). maybe thats just what the ram has 'named' itself somehow? As i have yet to see that change Also if i set it specifically to 2133 with docp, both in the a slots, it will boot fine.

They are not (took entire cpu off and checked) Cooler is on too tight, i've tried loosening it, still fails I've tried all combinations of ram orientation. I have the latest bios (1405, pain in the ass by the way)(updating it DID allow me to increase ram speed) it seems to be setting it to 2133 instead of 3600 for some reason? I have tried lowering the ram speed to slow and then putting one in the 'b' slot. I had the idea maybe the m.2 drive location matters? im in the _1 slot now. Seems strange that both of those would be bad. is there a bios setting? Any ideas / theories?
