i have a pc which is 8 years old. it has a i3 2120T processor and a HP IPXSB DM. i need to change my motherboard but i can't find the same as it is very old. Can anyone tell me which type of motherboard (like chipset and socket) will be compatible with my processor. and also suggest me RAM in compatible with those. Thank You.

I have been watching PC building videos and tutorials for past 1 month. The only thing that confuses me is where to start shortlisting the products and foremost how to see which motherboard will support certain type of processor and graphics card. Like there is a serial o. or something which can be used to see which goes with which ones?

How accurate are App which shows CPU or GPU temperature?? Can you suggest some best app for it?

Is there any need of changing the thermopaste that is applied over the CPU? And if yes, how often it's needed to replaced?
