I need some help getting Streamlabs OBS to work, i'm getting skipped frames all the time, no matter how many times i've changed the settings. Sometimes it 100% sometimes its down to 15% but eventually cuts out with a network error. I'm trying to stream 720p at 60 fps. Download speeds at 38.3 mbps and upload speeds at 18.35 mbps Output mode: Simple Bitrate: 4500 Encoder: Software, tried using hardware, doesn't change GPU: AMD RX 580 CPU: Core i5 7400 -
I'm thinking of getting a ASRock B450M-A Steel Legend for my build but I want to know if I can use ASUS' Aura software with since it looks better than Polychrome.

On my PC I have a i5 7400 processor with a RX 580. I'm deciding if I should sell the 580 and get a 2060S or sell the i5 and get a new CPU. Would I need a new CPU or go for a GPU upgrade and how long would the i5 last for specs in gaming?
