Do i need to be cautious ? can it break the system and make it not boot again? Can you share some video or link that explains the process in details with me ? so i do not break my system accidentally. can you tell me if i need to update my bios?

My pc configuration is as follows -(BUNDLE WITH MB) AMD RYZEN 9 3900X 3.8GHZ-4.6GHZ 12 CORE AM4 SOCKET PROCESSOR (WITHOUT GPU) MSI B450M PRO-M2 MAX DDR4 AMD AM4 SOCKET MAINBOARD G.Skill Trident Z 8GB DDR4 3200 BUS Desktop RAM Black and Heatsink x 2 - 16GB ZOTAC GAMING GeForce GTX 1660 Ti 6GB GDDR6 Graphics Card Corsair CX650 650watt 80plus Bronze Non-Modular Power Supply Samsung 970 EVO Plus NVMe 250GB M.2 2280 PCIe Gen 3.0x4 SSD Drive Western Digital Blue 1TB 3.5 Inch SATA 7200RPM Desktop HDDThis ram is rated as 3200 bus speed but running at 2133 when i checked it with userbench mark. I think i have to change some bios settings. I am not sure how can i do that. Can someone please help me with me with this?
