PSU is around 4-6 years old, i know i will need to replace that this year, gpu/cpu usages are low, ssd utilization space is 92%

Hello there guys i am messaging with an issue i am experiencing where my rtx2070 is all of a sudden struggling to hit any significant figures, it falls directly in line when i have moved house thus moved setup and had an update to specific game i always play, i regularly use to play on 80-120fps but today and yesterday i am struggling to hit 40fps on the same game, i am also noticing that in-game my movements are very laggy and like the pc is struggling to cope, iv checked cpu temps during play and they sit around 55-65 so i dont believe that is the issue, i do run an old psu on it that i have been needing to change could it be that the psu is dying off since the move and affecting the gfx card in turn?
