    So, I recently bought red dead redemption 2. When I come to an are with lots of npcs and/or players i get massive lag spikes. (Like 1 frame per 5 seconds for 2 minutes) I have gtx 1070, i5 8400 and 8gb of ram. In those moments my processor's load is 95-100% and my graphic card aroud 20% and RAM 7.5/8. I am wondering what causes the lag spikes, is it the RAM? And also why isn't my graphic card loaded more? Thanks!
