my memory clocks at 2133

I think not much, because one time it shuts down in the main menu but it is while streaming and my CPU load was at 40-50%. I reset the BIOS and have not been tinkering it since. I dont remember the default speed on my RAM but it is at default. Maybe 2400 Mhz?

Hi guys. Please help. When i press the power button, the PC lights up but needs like 10-20 seconds until it starts to boot. All the fans spins and light up, but the CPU fan spins and stops and spins again until it boots then it spins for real. This happens since the first time I set this PC up so i thought it was normal. Then comes the real problematic one, it just shuts down completely at random times, and mostly when I play Dota2, and I cant restart it. If I press the power button, nothing happens. The light on the motherboard is on but pressing the power button or even shorting the motherboard pins will not turn the PC on. This also happens when I forgot to turn off the plug on my PC for a long time (e.g. during the day when I go to work) the power button and the motherboard pins does nothing. It will only turn on after I switched it all off for 30mins to 1 hour. Please help this is frustrating. I tried recabling the PSU, resitting the cooler, changing the thermal paste, updating BIOS, reinstalling windows, resitting and cleaning the RAM, I even tried the 'slapping on the monitor and PC maybe it'll turn on'. If you need any other info or specs please do tell. Thanks in advance.
