Maybe your powersupply is not enough, 650W is just the recommended PSU for your 3060ti.

Ok maybe I shouldn't trust the task manager to look at the usage of my GPU, on Afterburner my GPU is shown as used like it should, thank you for your help everything is fine. Have a great week

Hello everyone, since I bought my graphics card in 2016 or 2017, I have had this issue in many games where my GPU (GTX 1060 6GB) is at 0% and my CPU (i5 6600K) is at 100%. It has appened in GTA 5 and Detroit Become Human for example. My GPU is on the 16x slot of my motherboard, I have tried everything I saw on various forums like forcing the GPU in the nVidia control pannel, my drivers are updated, everything should work but it doesn't. I can provide screenshots if needed (some could be in French since I am french). Thank you in advance

Hey everyone, I'm at university ans I'm looking for a laptop to use for school, so great battery life but also to replace my desktop when I'm at my parents house, so performance is also important. I will most likely play some light games like csgo and rocket league and browse the internet watching videos. I have around 1000€ to spend on the laptop but I could go up to 1200€ maximum. And for storage at least 256go (preferably SSDs) Screen size should be between 14-15" but I don't mind 13" if it's a really good pc Thanks for your help !
