What's a good program for macros in mac os

A macro is basically a keybind. so a function you can assigne to a certain key -
So I want to add some macros to my keyboard, so I am looking for a programm where I can for example make a macro which can draw a special character when you press ctrl and y for example. And I would want to swap the y and z key. Anyone know a good program for mac os?

So I have been looking for a cherry mx blue feeling mechanical wireless keyboard with full layout. Does anyone of you know a keyboard that has cherry mx blue switches (or something that is similar) is wireless and has the full standard keyboard layout?
