  1. Oh ok so even though it has an 8 pin and a 4 pin i only need the 8 pin.. Is there any benefit in using both the 8 and 4 pin considering i have them even if i plan to keep it stock??
  2. Ok thanks for the clarification on the GPU. The box does say the CPU ones are EPS 12v 8 pin (4+4). It gives me 2 of these cables The PC needs one 8 pin which is easy enough. but it also needs an additional 4 pin. I separated the 8 pin into 2-4 pins and both the 4 pins would plug into the motherboard. Does it matter which plug i use of the 2 4 pins?? I'm assuming not but want to make sure..
  3. So it won't hurt anything having the unused ends not doing anything on each cable?? Also does it matter what 4 pin connector i use for the 4 pin cpu power??
  4. Hey everyone. I'm new to pc building and am about to build my very first pc. I think i have a grasp on everything except for the GPU Power and the cpu power. The motherboard has a 8 pin and a 4 pin for the CPU. The PSU comes with 2 8 pin CPU cables and i noticed the 8 pin connector spits in half to make a 4 pin. Does it matter what 4 pin connector i use to plug into the 4 pin slot on the motherboard??. The GPU has 2 8 pin connections that it needs. I have a pcie cable that plugs into the PSU and then has 2 ends on it. Is this ok to do like i have in the pictrues??. Or do i need 2 seperate cables and the second plug on each cable isn't used?? These are the specs and parts i'm using that i think effect the power sittuation. i7-9700k Gigabyte Z390 AORUS PRO WiFi EVGA GeForce RTX 2080 Super FTW3 Ultra CORSAIR RM Series 750W ATX12V 2.52/EPS12V 2.92 80 Plus Gold Modular Power Supply Thanks for your input and help..

  6. So from what I can tell they are the same monitor but one is a lot more... The $525 monitor is the one that pc part picker links to... I just happened to find the cheaper version while I was browsing... I am planning to buy the XB271HU but if I can save $75+ bucks I'm all for it. Does anyone know what the differences are if any between these 2 monitors? https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0173PEX20?tag=pcpapi-20&linkCode=ogi&th=1&psc=1 https://www.amazon.com/Acer-Predator-XB271HU-bmiprz-2560x1440/dp/B06ZXZ3QBD/ref=pd_rhf_sc_s_vtp_ses_clicks_nonshared_0_3/145-6125287-0691439?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B06ZXZ3QBD&pd_rd_r=63358883-da39-4941-9c8b-705ef44305a1&pd_rd_w=2YOWs&pd_rd_wg=uwL38&pf_rd_p=84f6d7c8-4d1a-4107-af31-b3e64bf8bc32&pf_rd_r=PNZMR6SF3AG3H7D0N10G&refRID=PNZMR6SF3AG3H7D0N10G&th=1
